Metrocall Wireless complaint

On 1/23/2004, I signed up with Metrocall Wireless (formerly Weblink Wireless) for paging services. I was told at the beginning I would be receiving a LS-750 Motorola pager (free of charge as a replacement for an old defective one I had been using) and that my paging services would amount to $29.85 for 3 months of paging services. This would not be the case. I initially received a LS-350 Motorola pager and the following month, in February, I received a bill for over $100.00. I contacted Metrocall to dispute the charges as well as inquire about the incorrect pager (Motorola LS-350)that was sent to me and was told by a customer service agent (****), that somehow I was incorrectly charged for the "courtesy pager" and that the billing was in effect, "wrong". ****, had no explanation as to why the LS-750 pager was not sent to me, though he would look into the matter and also correct my billing statement to correct for the improper charge. Because I had not paid the bill for over a hundred dollars (which I knew to be incorrect), **** told me that my account had been deemed "delinquent" and the full payment was due. This being the case, I paid the $72.99, which was the end result of ****'s recalculation of the charges. Several days later, I received another pager in the mail, but again it was the wrong pager. I recontacted Metrocall, and explained my situation to another service representative (****, not being available)and was told that a LS-750 pager would be mailed out to me, but it would never be. I also, asked for an adjustment of my billing charges due to the inconvenience of not receiving the correct pager, not receiving all my pages (missed pages), and my time calling and writing letters to Metrocall Wireless to correct issues, but was told that no adjustment would be made. I later found out that I was also being charged for another paging service, without my approval. I collected all my notes, and sent this information to my attorney, Alan Seims. Metrocall has ignored my attorney's requests and letter.
