Very Serious Complaint!     Monday, August 6, 2018     3:15 P.M.     I Just Received s**t Customer Service From Their Deli Department!   I went over to the Metro Store located at:  600 Sheppard Avenue West, North York Ontario  Canada  M3H 2S1 and went up to their Meat Department at the Front Right Hand Portion Of Their Store and asked Only For A Sample Of Their Chicken Finger since they had several broken pieces already cut up.   The female employee working there Refused To Give Me A Sample stating that she thought that they are Not Allowed To Give Out Chicken Finger Whole Samples (When I Clearly Asked For A Small Cut Up Sample And Not A Whole Sample)!   Please Note:  There Are No Signs Stating That They Are Not Allowed To Give Out Samples, Period!   She then spoke to her supervisor whom I explained that I Never Asked For A Whole Sample To Begin With and she Finally Agrees To Give ME A Cut Up Sample!   I was Very Angry and Disappointed in the Very Poor Level Of Service after How Much Money My Family Spends At Their Store Which Is Well Over $500.00 Dollars Per Month To Get Disgusting Service Like This!   In Addition:  I Complained To Their Stupid Manager, Eric about it and he Took Their Side and he falsely claimed that they Don't Give Out Whole Chicken Finger Samples or Samples At All...and once again, I Only Asked For A Cut Up Piece and Not A Whole Piece!   Furthermore, I told Eric that I do Not Appreciate How You Treat Your Customers (Especially The Ones Who Are Big Supporters Of Your Store Like My Mother) and told him that I Do Not Believe That You Never Give Out Samples To Your Customers, Period!   He was such an a*****e and Just Walked Away!   You Offer Terrible, Disgusting, Rude, Unappreciated, Low Class Customer Service at this Location and I personally will Not Tolerate Your Abuse Coming From Any Of Your Employees, Including Your Disgusting, Selfish Manager, Eric who does Not Care About Customers at all!   You Are A Billion Dollar Company And CAN Afford To Treat Your Legitimate Customers Much Better!   Now, since You Really Pissed Me Off Big Time, I am Now Publishing Negative Reviews About This Horrific Experience On To Social Media!   Thank You For The Horrible Service Received Today!   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry And Upset Metro Customer Executive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites   /HPS
