My bill was due on the 13 January 2018 and I paid the bill of 96.00 on my American Express card. On the 14th I called customer service and they said there computer is down due to maintanance and call back in 30 minutes. Call back 3 times and hour apart, Made a three way call with american express and MetroPcs, and customer service would not get a supervisor or manager to solve the problem because the payment was made Amex verified the payment and Metro PCS would not credit the payment or find out about the confirmation number I gave them to update the payment, they just turned my phone off.
