METRO PCS ripoff DO NOT USE THIS PHONE COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS MIAMI Florida
Problems I have had with Metro PCS:
When I purchased my phone the salesman said that the insurance had NO deductable but when the phone broke I was told there was a $35:00 deductable (out right fraud)
service was disconnected twice even through I have credit card billing I only had the phone for six months and wasn`t able to use it for 49 days of that period because of there system
6 to 8 hour delay in recieving voice mails
no service or dropped calls a least half of the time because they oversold their network ( fraud again )
after I cancelled the phone they continuied to bill me for two months illigally ( fraud again )
DO NOT USE THIS PHONE COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS!!!!!!!!!
