Members Edge Voicemail Ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing Teaneck New Jersey
I was billed for long distance services that I did not sign up for. When I discovered the charges on the back of my Windstream phone bill, I had to look up,online, the number for Members Edge as they did not provide a contact number. Upon calling them they informed me that they would only give me half credit for disputing the charges but could not give me full credit which was $19.95. They were very rude and not very helpful and kept saying that I had signed up for this service through online surveys and that the signing up for their service online was very clear and that I had to know what I was signing up for. This is a complete ripoff. I had never been to their site nor had ever heard of them until just an hour ago when I looked at the back of my phone bill. Since searching for information on them, I have ran across tons of individuals who are in the same boat as I. They need to be shut down for this.
