Mem property management is the absolute WORST!!!! The pictures do not lie. Owner threatens with legal action or say's they don't mange this property, which is accurate. WE PAY FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING. My husband took pictures of the entire complex and AS YOU CAN SEE IT IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION.
The property they supposedly manage is called Renaissance Station, located in New Brunswick NJ. Check out my google review of them to see the pictures; Even though the pictures of the complex SHOWS that the complex is in disrepair, MEM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT acts like there's nothing wrong and instead post the following:
