You say they ripped you off. I do not use MElaleuca products anymore, but when I did, everytime I wasn't pleased with something I would send it back (which was really frequenbtly, only once out of many times was I denied a refund) I Have to say MElaleuca is good with thier return policy (90 days) they give you everything back minus the shipping (and why should they pay for shipping? it's an investment we make on our part)

You either completed your enrollment online or you signed & then faxed enrollment paperwork into the company. Melaleuca does not make unauthorized charges on accounts.

Mel, I am confused... How does Melaleuca "withdraw money from private accounts"? You had to sign up to be a Preferred Customer, which means you have given them your credit card or a checking account number in that agreement. You signed a piece of paper or went online to accept these charges! Don't even get me started on "expensive products". The prices are almost always cheaper than anything you can get at Wal-Mart! Keep in mind most of the cleaners are concentrated, so you can not compare the cost oz for oz. And how is it a ripoff when you can send back products that you did not like for a full refund- even if you send back an empty bottle. Sounds like you had a bad experience Mel, but rest assured Melaleuca has many very satisfied customers, of which I am one!
