Melaleuca has a very strict company policy which may have been designed to control their sales force, keeping them honest and preventing them from making false claims. This policy is so strict that it requires marketing executives to provide new prospects with a copy of the policy and review it with them before they enroll.

Melaleuca's policy is SO STRICT and CONTROLLING that most marketing executives DO NOT bother informing new recruits of the company policy for fear that they would lose an enrollment. (VIOLATION of Policy #35) Some enrollers even forge their new enrollee's signature on the Melaleuca agreement forms without the enrollee's knowledge of what they are agreeing to.

My enrolled violated Melaleuca's policy #35, don't let it happen to you. Make sure you have read the most current Melaleuca Policy (they make changes frequently and have a hidden "Internet Policy" for internet marketers) before you enroll in Melaleuca (if you think it is worth the risk)

bj, you offer no evidence for your claims. Of course Melaleuca has a policy! Every company does! If a customer/member doesn't read the policy it's not Melaleucas problem! By signing the application for membership, as is with ANY company, signing implies that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of the policy. You said: "Some enrollers even forge their new enrollee's signature on the Melaleuca agreement forms without the enrollee's knowledge of what they are agreeing to." Proof? Evidence? Who? If this happened to you, you should report it to Melaleuca, your lawyer and the police! I've never heard of ANYONE forging signatures on Melaleuca's forms. Melaleuca doesn't want dishonest people associated with its good name, and it's unfortunate that some people are trying to do this business with little or no idea about how to do so! Sorry you had a bad experience, but truly, Melaleuca is a great company with great products. EVERY new member needs to be aware of the agreement they sign and NO Melaleuca representative can physically hide this from you, because it's PRINTED CLEARLY ON THE BACK OF THE FORM!
