Tried to get a partial refund by fabricating a story that the item she purchased was damaged. Filed a claim with PayPal who does nothing to investigate claim -- she submitted no evidence in response to 12 photos showing impecible condition of item. Refused to provide seller with any photos of purported damage to item.
