If you are approached by Megan Kuehl for a spray tan, RUN! Megan uses church, cheer leading groups and other places where women gather, like networking groups, to talk them into an in-home spray tan session. She claims.to use "organic" and "natural" solutions in her spray tan mix. What she doesn't tell you is that she is using toxic chemicals in her solution! After my daughter and I scheduled a session, she broke out in a horrible rash. When we scheduled our session by phone, Megan indicated we would need to prepay for our session. We asked if we could pay by credit card and she explained to us that she was going through a divorce and didn't want her husband to find out how much money she was making so she insisted we pay in cash upon our arrival. We met her in her living room and paid her $160. She then led us into her kitchen where she runs her business. It was appalling! My daughter is highly allergic to cats, and Megan had a cat walking through the kitchen area where she was using a popup tent to spray us. This was her studio! She didn't even bother to clean the dishes in the sink or wipe up the counters, which had good all over from babysitting her grandchildren. The entire process took less than 20 minutes and we left with what appeared to be a good looking tan. But within 20 minutes, it turned into this horrible looking extremely dark and uneven mix and match tan. The worse part is my daughter broke out in a rash with tiny.little bumps all over due to some toxic chemical in the tanning solution. When we discussed this with Megan, requesting a refund, she claimed it was our fault because we didn't exfoliate before arriving. This should not be allowed! People.like this should not be allowed to operate out of their home with no accountability! Megan Kuehl should NOT be allowed to continue ripping people off with her fake tanning business!

Megan Kuehl is a wonderful upstanding woman with great business sense and professionalism. Whoever wrote this ridiculous report should be sued. I believe it's a disgruntled man who she ignored...such awful people in this world. I wish Megan the very best!

Never had a spray tan, never been a customer of Megan but do know that never has she been less than professional in any instances that I have observed. One of my staff used her services and only had high praise for Megan. Having seen her in several business gatherings, everyone seemed to have high regard and respect for her. Complaint is out of character and seemingly unrealistic to be accurate. As an after thought, verbiage, writing style and circumstance descriptions of both complaints would lead one to believe the same person wrote both. Why 2 issues only days apart if she was so aweful? Seems that there should of been any more over a greater time period! Just a few observations!
