I purchased a medical software package (Mediworks)in May of 1999. I was told and it was in writing that if I wasn't satified with the product to send it back after 90 days but within a 30 day time frame to receive a full refund less shipping charges.

I was very disappointed with the software, so I sent it back in September of 1999 only to have it returned to me because the company had moved. I proceded to send it back again after contacting customer service. I contacted the company every two weeks only to get a different story about getting my money back $369.

I finally gave up on getting my money back and cannot find any number to contact them, neither can you access there web site. They told me that there was a long list of people waiting to receive money back and I was right with them "waiting on my money". I am very upset over this and I'm sure there were other people in the same situation I am in. It has now been over a year and I haven't forgot about it yet.
