Hi, my name is Lesley Ledford, I work for a company in Lawrenceville, GA called Value Concepts, Inc. We are a consulting company for easements and rights-of-way, we also work with wireless phone companies to fine tower sites. When we moved from Snellville to Lawrenceville in August 2003, we were given the phone numbers (770) 995-2714, (770) 995-2715, and (770) 995-2716 (our fax line). It did not take long to start receiving calls from people looking for this Consolidated Media Services company. I can't remember how we found out, but I believe their phone number actually is (770) 955-2715. Whenever we receive calls, we redirect them. We have received fewer calls over the past 6 months or so, but on Wednesday we talked with a man who, after he realized we were not this Consolidated Media Services company, advised us of your website where you are displaying our telephone number. Please investigate and change the phone number you have posted on your website, we have sympathy for these callers, but would prefer not to tie up our lines with these calls. Thank you for your assistance. Please feel free to call me at the above numbers, if needed. Lesley Ledford Admin. Assistant Value Concepts, Inc.

I am unsure how the phone sales work but i think they are screwing you cause you agrred to order them on the phone. Now THATS a scam. I would suggest calling the publisher of the magazine you ordered and tell them to do an investigation.... they KNOW who order the mags for you....explain to them that your credit is screwed because of this and that the company that did this is causing you problems. That you only agreed to 1 year and they continued to send you magazines that you never recieve....quite possible they will terminate working through that company and clear your debt if possible....worth a try At least door to door kids give you a reciept as a contract so you dont get billed more than you thought

Geez, I thought I was the only one who got ripped off by this company. My wife did the exact same thing you did in 2001. I got a bill a couple monthes ago from a collection agency and they said that I had renewed my service. The way I resolved this was, I had my friend call the company and pretend that he was an attorney and was going to press charges. CMS, actually listened to him and dropped the collection immediately.
