Med-Pro industries Rip Off consumer fraud ripoff Fremont California
I too purchased Citra-therm from Med-pro Industries. That was in December 2000/January 2001. I bought their "special" 3 bottles for $151.75. After I received it and had my doctor look at it he decided I should not take it because I am diabetic.
I called the company regarding there return procedures and did everything as instructed. I received the return receipt but after 4 weeks had past, no refund to my card. So I called back. They instructed me to call a long distance number since this was "customer service".
After several tries I was never able to get through. I tried to fght it via my bank but since I did authorized the debit there was nothing they could do. So a year later I am still out $151.75. But they got the pills back!!!
