Martin Reichek of MDR Holdings Inc, goes around the country buying scrap recyclable metals. He advertises on the internet and Industrial magazines.

I had over 40,000 lb. of aluminum alloy scrap turnings to sell. Martin was the highest bidder (Now I know why he bids high). He promised to wire the money to my account when the truck was loaded. Never did. He then said would wire the money after the weight of the truck was checked again. Never did. He then said he would wire the money after the mill processing the material checked the alloy. Never did. He then said he would wire the money after he got paid form his broker. Never did.

Well, Martin Reichek got paid from his broker in full in less than 10 days after the sale. Its been well over 90 days and I have not got paid. I even made out a new contract to allow him to pay me $10,000 in ten months. In fact he said to make it $1000 per month. He sent me the first check and it bounced. It goes on and on. Pacifying liar, pathological liar.

I had many E-mails and phone conversations with Martin. There is at no time did he every follow through on what he said he would do. Once he even said that he had enough money to pay me but he was having a family problem and did not feel like doing business that day. Every day he had a new excuse not to pay.

I recommend that no one does business with this man. Now I know what "MDR Holdings" means. He's holding on to your money!!

You say that Mr. Reicheck is a pathological liar however unless he has been examined by a licenced psychologist, that statement is not true. Regarding the rest of your complaint, have you been paid back the money you claim he owes you, regardless, what steps have you, in reaction to the overwhelming debt, taken against him? Have you gone to authorities? I would really appreciate some more information. I do understand the level of frustration incorporated with scams and fraud, however, please refrain from including set emotions in your recap and warning about Me. Reicheck. Thank you, I hope you do get this sorted.
