I received my cell phone through the mail in the first part of

july from mci/worldcom wireless. I was glad to have the phone

because im on the road all day everyday because of my job.

I read everything about the phone and followed all directions.

A order confirmation came with my phone saying that my phone

has been ACTIVATED so I walked outside and called my home phone

number.

Well the phone did not work, I spent two days trying to

get a hold of worldcom wireless and finally got through only to

find out the phone was never activated.Three days later it finally worked. It is now the end of november and since july I have been cutoff so many times useing the phone I cant begin to count.

When I didnt get cut off the reception was so bad I almost threw the phone out my van window. During this whole time I have only received one phone bill for the total of 265.92 in which I paid even though the phone has not worked for two weeks.

I have tryed for two weeks to get a hold of mci/worldcom and are you ready for this,,,,,on my statement from worldcom it says our customer service professionals can be reached at 1-800-254-8001.

When I called the number it turned out to be a get your sex here hotline which really pissed me off. I still cant get a hold of mci/worldcom to find out why calls can not be made from my phone, theirs more to tell but im tired of thinking about it.
