Story continues: So after arguing with the lady about wanting to see an invoice that actually reflects my payments and her not able to help me with that, I request a manager. Yeah-she tried the name & number business and someone will call you back. I'm not having that!!! Luckily I used to work for a phone company and we were instructed to tell customers that too. So she finally transferred me to Mr. Petties who claimed to be a manager. Wel he was more rude than the 1st lady. Where is the customer service with this company?? Anyone know??? After putting up with his stuff for about 20 minutes and getting no where he agreed to take the current charges off for Nov & Dec. Well the phone was supposed to be turned off in SEPT> Where is the refund for Oct charges. And where are the payments that I already paid???? Does anyone know??? I have e-mailed them once again (this is like the 4th or 5th time now) and I simply REFUSE to try & call anymore. When I do call the trick to actually getting to speak to someone is as soon as the automated system starts just keep pressing 0. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Does anybody have a # or an e-mail address of someone at this company who is actuall competent and not ignorant?? Please e-mail me at [email protected] Any suggestions regarding this pathetic company are welcome. I am absolutely fed up with trying to deal with them. I REALLY can't believe they are still in business. I did e-mail them another nasty letter with this www.ripoffreport.com website address. I suggest others do the same. I wanted them to see how many satisfied customers they have. Anything will help!!!
