MCI WORLDCOM WIRELESS CALLED 1 DAY, AND I ASKED FOR 2 FREE PHONES AT A RATE OF $29.99 PER MONTH. FIRST OF ALL, THE PHONES ARRIVED 1 MONTH AND 1.5 MONTHS LATER AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO FIND OUT WHERE IT HAD GONE. SECOND OF ALL, THE BILLING WAS DELAYED FOR 3 MONTHS, AND WE WERE SENT THREATENING LETTERS TO PAY UP OR ELSE. 3RD, I SPENT AT LEAST 20 SESSIONS OF 30 TO 60 MINUTES OF WAIT TIME JUST TO TALK TO SOMEBODY, AND WAS HUNG UP ON 5 OF THOSE TIMES. 4TH, WE HAVE BILL PAYMENTS WITH QUICKEN WHICH CONTRACTS WITH AN ACH CHECK CLEARING HOUSE, A PAYMENT FAILED TO CLEAR. I TRIED 6 TIMES TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AND NOW, AGAIN THEY THREATEN TO CUT OFF SERVICE..... THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY EVER, NO QUESTION.
THIS WAS A TRUE NIGHTMARE, AND I WILL NEVER EVER CONTRACT TO DO BUSINESS WITH MCI, WORLDCOM, OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES EVER AGAIN.
