A company called FMB called me and offered me a cell phone deal. I accepted and they shipped me my new phone. I got a motorola 120c. My contract states that included is caller ID, call forwarding. 3-way calling and a lot of other stuff I don't care about. I just need the voice mail and caller ID. Well, there is no caller ID. I call *611 from my phone or their 800 number and all I hear is"thank your for calling worldcom wireless, all of our representatives are busy, try your call again later." I have called repeatedly. They don't even put me on hold. And of course, they're closed all weekend. They had no problem on getting my business by promising things they don't deliver. But try and get in touch with them now.

Also, the company named FMB that first called me will not answer their phone either. I just get a recording from them, too. I'm getting very angry and feel scammed.

If they'd just answer the phone!
