I would like to share with you my complaitn made to MCI. I am amazed to see that so many others have been similary mistreated. They now have the nerve to attempt to extract a termiantin fee. Has anyone been successful yet in putting them in their place?? Are any Attorneys general involved? What about the FCC?

Dear Sirs:

I am in receipt of your delinquent notices dated December 8, 2001, advising me that my service has now been temporarily suspended and is scheduled for cancellation.

Due to your gross incompetence, you already terminated my service on November 21, 2001, despite the fact that both of my accounts were current. As a result, I was put out of contact with my office, my clients, and my family for a protracted period of time. Efforts to contact you by phone were fruitless. I was required to immediately obtain other service from another provider and informed you on November 26 not to bother to restore my service. Your billing failures, customer service failures and ultimately service failures made my continued subscription to Worldcom untenable. I have wasted more hours addressing the problems you have created the I care to count.

I demand that you immediately stop sending your ridiculous delinquent notices or any other demand for payment. As I advised you in my November 26 letter (copy enclosed), in the event you are inclined to impose any termination fee or other charges, I will vigorously contest them, commence all appropriate proceedings against your company and hold Worldcom Wireless responsible for my losses, damages and inconvenience.
