McAffee Products for PC Rip Off
I pirchased the McAffee Oil Change on line, but had downloaded the trial ware first. After ordering this I never received a e-mail letting me download the program. I tried for 2 years to get them to let me have the download. But no luck after the first year was gone they sent me a E-mail telling me my subscription had expired so I ordered again the McAffee Works but never got it. It was charged on my credit card and never given me the download for it. I feel very mad and hurt for such a big company taking my money and not producing the program. I had to go to Norton System Works for my 2 PC one desktop one laptop. I think they should have at least returned a response to my sending them e-mail's one after another but nothing was sent to me. I think their company SUCKS. I am 54 retired and always used their product. Would like to get money back or at least the programs I paid for.
