I purchased McAfee Clinic in early Jan.2000, worked ok until they changed their webpage about five weeks ago. I cannot log in as it claims I have an unknown email address...despite me recieving daily McAfee updates to my email address (which I can't use because I can't log in !!)!!

I have emailed them five times asking for assistance and I have also mailed their agent (I think), the agent sent me a reply every time explaining that I should contact McAfee and enclosing their copy of their message to McAfee asking them to take notice of my problem. I have never recieved a reply from McAfee (in five or six weeks) until today. Their email asked me to contact their "24 hour on line tecnical support" only to find that it closes at weekends and public holidays. BUT I could send an "EXPRESS email" and I could expect a four day delay before they could contact me (more for public holidays and weekends).

I am an older guy who does not have much understanding of computers..but I do expect service when I have a problem...to be ignored is most frustrating.

I have warned McAfee to look for their name in this page !

I also want my money back so that I can spend it with a more reputable company that offers security.
