MC2 Funding - Darek Marcel Eaves Baoming Group, BlueBanc Capital Scamming Worldwide Georgia, Costa Rica, Tx, California, NY, Ohio, etc Multiple internet sites
Jeffery Blair runs Baoming and uses people like Phil Jones or Trevor whichever he is today, as well as Jeffery COle and Other brokers to bring him unsupected clients to fund projects. Blair tries to remain invisible while the others handle the buisness while having a Korean posing as a Person from Hong Kong sign all agreements. All bank accounts go to Blair. Bluebanc acts as a buffer with his clients and COle is just a patsy who acts dumb as he uses his fathers house , post office boxes and abandoned buildings as their offices.
Blair hardly ever gets on the telephone or directly connect with clients unless they are out of the country until he gets in trouble. At that point he procedes to collect money , close the bank accounts and dissappear to costa rica for a few months. Phil has about 5 different websites and moves often. All you have to do is punch in Bluebanc to the Whois website and look at asociated or similar sites. Research, or go to the sites. There will be no numbers and no contacts. Most will have no license in that state such as assettradedirect.com. and standfordfunding.com.
See the thing is I lost $250,000 to this process but I and another company Lendary Partners of Texas. Decided to sue rather than hunt him down and put ourselves in criminal situations. Legendary succumed to the pressure and delays and settled out of court after a year. I in turn am a bit unruly. You don't make me lose 3 companies and cost people jobs and contracts as you spend my money on personal items within 20 days of receiving it. Then sit ion court and say that you don't care. While you tell the court I don't deserve to get my money back, and that you represent Baoming worldwide and no one talks to the CEO Mr. Le.
Ironically his lawyer is filing an appeal as my company won our lawsuit after three years of chasing him. While he sold property, disbanded companies, and changed things into his daughter and wives names. His lawyer is filing an appeal based on the premise that Blairs name was not on the contract , only his bank account to wire the money. hmmm go figure. He graggs in court and tries a technicality to get off. That we will see.
As far as the FBI, they don't care. I and one of my attorneys have spoken to them several times. Its not enough money. Although there is 2 cases in public record of close to a milion, as well as 4Million more that have contacted myself or my attoney personally. I tried to file criminal charges but they claughed me out of the court. Well thats okay to. because unfortunantly. I am not going away. And yes people tend to dissappear when it comes to Blair. Phil jones vanished. Blair admitted in court they had another company in New York. Blair even paid for Coles fees at court, but they didnb't know each other right?
To end this My case ids public record just go to my website and look at the link on the botton of my page that says $2 million judgment. It was actually $2.67. But I'm not done yet.
