Maytag and HH Gregg Hand in Hand in this refrigerator from hell... you are busted Newton Iowa
In 2006 I bought a model MSD2656KGB ser# 50759377JJ Maytag side by side refrigerator from HH Gregg. It worked well for about three months then all hell broke loose. It started freezing in the refrigerator part. I had the panel replaced after several weeks of trying.
Two months later it happened again this time it took the service contractor about 2 months to fix. From that time to the present every two or three months the same thing happen.
At this time I working on my second home warranty company and the problem is getting worse. I can not count the amount of food and drink I have lost because of this problem not to mention that the line to the ice maker froze and burst and the doors do not close right anymore.
I have so much money tied up in to this thing that I just can not afford to replace it at this time. When I talked to HH Gregg and Maytag they both sing the same old song. Nothing they can or will do to help. I am at my wits end with this beast.
