I love this - the quote below was EXACTLY my experience! In my case, I have paid the contract for 6 years on a $6,000 Dynasty Range. When it needed $500 of repairs they refused to repair it and offered to buy out the contract for $200. When I asked for a supervisor...... "I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cycled through a number of ringing phones until the original representative came back on the line and told me I would have to leave a voicemail message. I said I did not want to leave a voicemail message and said I would wait on the line until a supervisor became available. He said he would have to terminate the call."
