Mayor Alan Autry, City Of Fresno Sewer Vandalism Cover-up! Behind Elder Abuse, Real Estate Theft, Insurance Fraud Operation Being Allowed to Continue Fresno California
My family's property on Olive, in the Tower Dist. was targeted by a group of people who intended on making it theirs. Extremely dangerous, it was a miracle I got away from them before they finished what they began. These are people involved in elder abuse, real estate theft, and insurance fraud. Sewer vandalism. VIN altering. Forged and fraudulent legal documents. Estate attorneys and estate planners altering clients' final wishes and preparing fraudulent Trusts for later distribution among beneficiaries. Title fraud, insurance fraud. Suspected arson, suspected homicide.
Reporting this to law enforcement resulted in being called a "liar" and "crazy." They went as far as to request original documentation of evidence, in lieu of photo copies, only to discard it and demand, "This did not happen!"
The City of Fresno's utility department seemed more upset than interested when I reported the sewer vandalism portion of this operation. Offering addresses of where this same type of vandalism has been carried out was NOT wanted! It will not be looked into. The City of Fresno will continue to deem sewer floods as being the result of their "negligence in sewer maintenance" rather than the truth - VANDALISM. We, in turn, are paying for the repairs and remodeling of various homes in order for this operation to be carried out to the next phase.
By now it is hard to say who is in charge of this operation. To date, I have been reporting my former insurance agent, who specializes in estate planning and "working" with the elderly. He used to work for the City of Fresno as an appraiser. Knowing that the value of property located in the Tower District would be skyrocketing, as well as that I would become Trustee of the properties, his plans were set into motion as far back as the 80's! I worked for this man for a short time. But long enough to leave little doubt that this is what he has been doing to his elderly clients for many years.
It is clear that he has the support and cooperation of law enforcment, the City's utility department, Dept. of Real Estate, Dept. of Insurance, and many others to continue his secret sideline. He could not possibly carry this off without them. I am about to be left homeless, most likely dead, as it appears others have been.

The Mayor is responsible for overseeing sewer vandalism. Mayor Alan Autry has been informed of the sewer vandalism that is being carried out through Fresno and Clovis, yet refuses to even acknowledge me. Clearly, the safety and welfare of residents is insignificant. The City of Fresno is covering up sewer vandalism that is behind an elder abuse, real estate theft, insurance fraud operation being run throughout Fresno/Clovis. Without a proper (or any) investigation, they determine sewer floods to be due to their "negligence in sewer maintenance" when in fact, they are due to very deliberate and intentional vandalism by people who turn the clean-up into an opportunity to rob and switch built-in cabinets, appliances, etc. Preying on the elderly makes this especially successful.
Sewer floods also create mold. These are people who rent homes and the first thing they do is tear out the kitchen and bathroom tile/counters and flooring - then replace it, later informing the owner it was necessary!
Sometimes demanding free rent or a discount in exchange for their "services." Or attempts to sue in court for reimbursement! Sometimes the landlord appreciates it. But as nice as it may appear to be, these people have gotten into the plumbing and sewer lines for what is to come. Mold, that no amount of repairs, re-roofing, painting, etc. can stop or control. They sue and they win. With insurance agents in the group, conspiring with the property insurance agent can result in cancellation as the damages escalate. With no insurance, and another law suit, the owner is OUT.
Sewer floods and gas-line vandalism are documented with the City of Fresno, PG&E, Code Enforcement, Police, etc. With the City continually determining these instances to be a result of their negligence, rather than vandalism, a series of reports on file serve to make it appear as though it really WAS the City's negligence or faulty lines when these properties end up on fire or a gas explosion. No one questions anything. Fraudulent insurance claims are filed and rebuilding begins on the property that was just acquired by fraud. That is one way this group is acquiring property and having it remodeled to accommodate their plans, at no cost!
Electrical fires are quite common among this group. They not only serve to hide evidence of theft and vandalism carried out i.e., switching of doors/moldings/cabinets, tile, toilets, etc., claims are paid for the remodeling phase. Not for the victim - they are kept incapacitated and/or called a "liar" about what was done to their home. The claim is paid for the recipient, who is using the upgraded items.
Once this group targets someone's property as their next acquisition, they methodically begin to move into the neighborhood, taking over both sides of the street. Should their victim one day realize what has been going on right under their nose i.e., lawn excavated while on vacation; entire house gutted and put back together in preparation for a fire (walls insulated with shredded newspaper); awnings and rain gutters switched; scream for help; etc., these neighbors claim not to have seen or heard anything. With their victim surrounded, the theft and vandalism are ongoing. With no sign of break-in, the victim appears "crazy" and a "liar." No police report given to the "crazy" person. As the theft and vandalism continue, reporting it only makes the victim appear worse. There are locksmiths among the group. And alarm companies. Licensed contractors. And more. Regardless of solid evidence, it is kicked aside, due to what everything has been made to appear by those running this. No one looks any further.
I'm the one who got away - at least temporarily. The pictures that the risk analyst took of my outside sewer vent before, during and after the switching of it, are being kept hidden. All of my pictures of that area, as well as the garage apartment, were removed from my photo albums and switched with scanned and altered pictures making it appear that nothing was changed. Not only did I find negatives which prove that is not true, after seeing aerial views of my property and family's 2 estate properties next door, I got my shovel out and uncovered more evidence of the switching - brand new claims on old rotted pipe. 1 of 2 areas the sewage was coming from. And since these pipes are separate from the house, according to the risk analyst, her pictures prove far more than the obvious. The aerial views also show that the vandalism between these properties was/is linked, regardless that the risk analyst insisted that was impossible. Her cell phone records would most likely show her connections to my property insurance adjuster who is keeping his pictures hidden as well. Both of these people are linked to the insurance agent.
Plans for taking my family's properties over, as well as my house next door, began as far back as 1982 - when I was hired at Principal Ins. Behind my back, I had no idea that the insurance agent and his wife were systematically recruiting and severing ties. They are behind the tenants who caused all the hell and fraudulent law suits. Behind the smokescreen, records show ongoing sewer and gas-line vandalism. All 3 properties were being stripped and appear to have been set up for the final phase. After severing me from every person I know, fraudulent documents naming this man, "Successor Trustee" were recorded. (Property in an Irrevocable Trust!) My family was run off the 2 properties next door - but not as planned. His sneaky, behind-the-back interference in my property insurance backfired. Never, did he expect me to sell. While my family and I were cheated out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, the "buyer" acquired an ongoing loss. The new deed appears to be more fraud - more proof of the corruption among estate attorneys, estate planners, realtors, and insurance agents. This is still not over - they need my house. They need me OUT. It has been made clear that they intend to get me out.

With the same cast behind it, there would HAVE to be evidence of nearby sewer floods, robberies, insurance claims, law suits, foreclosures, ID theft, fraudulent and/or forged legal documents, fires, etc. The City of Fresno is not interested.
But I am. So I looked at public records and found many familiar names. Too many to call a coincidence. A building next door to one of these addresses had an electrical fire. The owner of that building became one of my tenants! He too, wanted to own my family's property. His insurance eventually bought another building for him. Another address is next door to a fraudulent legal document. On and on. I am not equipped to investigate what the City of Fresno claims to be responsible for. But I uncovered more than enough evidence to show that sewer vandalism is at the core of a horrible operation that is escalating at a high rate due to more people being taught how easy it is to carry out and get by with. These are some addresses linked to *verified forgeries by this group. The City of Fresno refuses to acknowledge if there was a pattern of sewer floods, etc. prior to these fraudulent and/or forged documents being executed. The City of Fresno is not interested in looking into anything. But they are quick to call me a "liar."
Investigating the sewer vandalism at these various addresses would most likely result in taking down one of the biggest and most incredible operations imaginable. One that is being run right under everyone's noses. But that is not what any of the agencies in Fresno are interested in doing. Quite the opposite. I was offered a monthly income, in exchange for having myself declared mentally incompetent. Just as the insurance agent was planning to do with the fraudulent legal documents, AS I WAS BEING POISONED. Things seem to have been put on hold since that time. As I continue being monitored very closely, the corruption among these agencies becomes more and more apparent.
You will find NO other city or Mayor who tolerates sewer vandalism, let alone covers it up. We are no longer safe in our own homes. Nor when relocating in Fresno or Clovis - there are realtors involved, with trails that lead straight into quicksand. Where sewer vandalism was already carried out.

City of Fresno, CA (Dept. of Public Works) conspiring with unlicensed entourage - causing horrendous damages and shoddily patching of property from one end of Fresno to the other as sewer/water lines altered/replaced - unauthorized, no permits or inspections. Upon being targeted, I was poisoned, robbed, repeatedly exposed to raw sewage, lied to about the cause, run off our income properties, left for dead. Fraudulent legal documents had already been prepared, appointing the ringleader (former appraiser for City of Fresno) in charge of my family's properties and assets. New deeds reflect illegally altered property lines as well as fraudulent financing information; earlier records "no longer available." Property lines on my home (next door) already altered, as shown on GIS web page, and will be reflected on new deed as soon as I am successfully eliminated. Left unemployed, in fear for my life, now receiving death threats if I continue to report this. I have endured 8 yrs of excruciating foot infections (cellulitis) after exposure to toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage and unknown chemicals for eradication of sewer roaches, sewer rats and mosquito infestations. My next-door neighbor also endured excruciating foot infection - foot amputated; deceased age 50. I have heard of others undergoing same. My other neighbor was targeted - I saw the same horrors carried out i.e., with the street, alley and sidewalk torn up and the city's heavy equipment carrying out major construction and roadwork directly in front, ongoing sewage back spills; property stripped and remainder rebuilt. The city risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to this neighbor - lying to him about the cause of sewage back spills as she had done to me. After 25+/- yrs of seeing my neighbor daily - he was never seen again. New deed to the property looks like another forgery by the risk analyst's associate, a former appraiser for the City of Fresno. New address to my missing neighbor's property is next door to their other associate - whose signatures on various deeds were verified by a handwriting expert as being forged; this is the person who told me he would be taking over, while I would be meeting the others, "IN ANOTHER WORLD!" It appears that innocent residents are being destroyed and/or permanently ELIMINATED in order to alter sewer/water lines and re-record deeds that reflect illegally altered property lines; plat/parcel maps follow. Older records vanish. Trail of ID theft, missing persons whose names forged on deeds, illegal conversion of assets. As a former employee of the ringleader, who is now in the insurance business, I am familiar with countless sewage back spills - calling upon his plumber son, many incidences ended with forged and/or altered insurance paperwork as he laughed, "You can't live for the dead." I overheard him instruct his plumber son on the very day to stop making his house payment so he could step in and pay cash, laughing, "Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy." Timed to coincide with the death of his former daughter-in-law's death, who he repeatedly vowed would not collect 1 cent on the arrangement. He conspires with property insurance agent/s in cancellation and/or non-renewal of property insurance as mold takes over from unloosening the clamps on water lines. I personally saw the former appraiser and his group altering utility poles - they demanded I not contact PG&E, which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my utility bill that month (2002?) Poles are relocated to line back up to the illegally altered structures - records altered; PG&E has no knowledge. The risk analyst again called me a liar when I reported this - since when does she oversee PG&E's poles. When linked to her "secret sideline." When I mentioned the new water meter in the alley, which further verified the illegal alterations and unauthorized street widening which entailed the massive damages to our store-front properties, the senior risk analyst demanded, "That is YOUR problem since it is on YOUR property." The alley is CITY PROPERTY! In an attempt to cover all of this up, the City of Fresno's risk analyst and senior risk manager had a restraining order issued against me - calling ME a danger to THEIR lives, believe it or not. Same technique as the former appraiser who "planted" tenants who did the same to me, serving to later discredit what I report. In this case, the city employees committed perjury to DISCREDIT the city's official records, which verify EXACTLY what is taking place. In addition to all of the above, the rate of staph infections continues to escalate - the city reacted to that by increasing insurance benefits for themselves while slamming the door on the public - threatening me if I reported this to them again. MRSA breeds in raw sewage - rather than any chance to protect ourselves, residents are being infected with this nightmare and lied to afterwards. Deadly bacteria, including MRSA pathogens are airborne. Not only is it on our skin and countertops, keyboards, toilet seats, etc., it colonizes in nasal passages and is spread by sneezing and coughing - verified on countless web sites. Residents of Fresno, CA are being annihilated. What makes this even more tragic is what the former appraiser is doing behind the City of Fresno's back. They are so focused on covering up their own crimes and discrediting me, they are oblivous to the additional altering of city property being carried out. At this point, they are not even interested - their only focus is to call me a "liar" as the atrocities continue.

WARNING: Sewer and Power Infrastructure Compromised

Illegal, unauthorized re-routing and CROSS CONNECTING of sewer/water lines across private properties somehow being connected to the main line during Fresno, CA's city-wide "revitalization" Mass cover up. 40+/- yr operation entailing unauthorized major construction to private property with evidence of homicide,forged deeds,illegal conversion of assets as this continues. Risk analysts caught lying - committed perjury in having Restraining Order filed against me. They claim I am a "liar." They got caught before the sewer layout was altered, as all other records throughout Fresno have been altered to cover up this operation. With most older records of Fresno mysteriously "no longer available" it took some effort in finding an old plat map, which proves that every structure and property line on this block has been altered. It has been done from one end of Fresno to the other. Done behind our backs yet right under our noses. Fresno's beautiful, older homes are not what they appear to be. Walls, tile flooring are not original - they were put back after the alterations. No previous layers of paint inside or outside; inside walls caulked and crooked. Doors, windows, moldings switched with inferior; the list is endless. Unauthorized widening of streets; utility poles, storm drains. With City records covered up to make it appear that things have always been this way, there will never be any help or acknowledging of the ongoing atrocities. Our sewer and power infrastructure have been compromised by unauthorized and dangerous individuals. Our water/sewer lines are cross connected with evidence of our water supply in jeopardy. The corruption is beyond belief - help is urgently needed in notifying the appropriate agencies.
