We purchased 3 "top of the line" beds from Mattsons Bed Madrass Fabrik company, Mattsons madrassfabrik AB, located at SCHUBERGSVÄGEN 28,  311 32 FALKENBERG, vvia their Marbella, Spain office run by;    Mr. MIGUEL LUIS SANZ DOMINGUEZ  Mattsons Marbella XXI S.L. La calle Pablo Casals 11, Bajo 6, Marbella 29602 0034 658 197 115   #B93482032,    for the sum of 18.990 EUR, which was demanded to pay in full, in advance, which we did. 

We were told the beds were “top of the line beds”, made from 100% all natural products “Continental Nature adjustable bed”.

We saw pictures in the showroom, as well as a factory cutout showing the inside of the bed and how it is made.  

The beds, which were paid for 20/02/2017, were to arrive in “no more then 2 months”.

When the beds did finally arrive, 9 months later, on November 10, 2017, we could tell straight away they were different from the beds that were sold. Along with the wrong beds, the headboards and bed toppers and bed legs were also very different from what we were shown in the showroom and what was described on the website, much lower quality. We also did not received the bed sheets that were promised.

We tried to speak with the “salesman” from the Marbella office, who avoided and blocked our calls from the day the beds were delivered until last week. We went to their office only to find it had been cleared out and closed. 

I contacted the head office factory, without telling them who i was, i asked them for details on the beds we purchased, and for them to send us details, they replied with pictures and information, the same as the pictures and cutout shown in the Marbella office. They re-confirmed that the beds I sent them pictures of, (i told them they were beds a friend of mine had), were a much inferior bed of a much lower quality and cost. (see attached PDF document of the emails and pictures received from the head office factory) The factory told us: “The picture you sent Look like a model we call Nova, its a adjustable bed but not as luxury as the one with only natural materials. In the Nova model we use materials like latex. So the Nova model and the natural continental adjustable are not the same model.” 

After I had received all the information and pictures, proving to myself that we had actually been scammed, i then told the 'gentleman' i was dealing with, named Anders Mattson at the Mattsons factory, that it was us who had received the "much lower quality beds". At that point he seemed very helpful and genuine, like he actually was going to resolve the scam, he told me the beds we received were different from the beds we purchased, paid for in full and in advance, and were sold. Anders Mattson then stated they would solve the issue and send new beds “the first week of Feb 2018;   

The head office/factory clearly stated:    

 

"we will fix this problem as fast as possible"

"To make Mrs Pinacho happy we will of course offer her new beds in return of the old ones" 

"We think Mrs Pinacho are a very important customer to us and we want her to be happy with us" 

“We start producing right after the holidays we will be able to send in the end of January .Shipping time aprox one week"

I received no reply.   

I have resent this same email every day since, with no replies at all. 

On Feb 7, 2018 I phoned the factory and spoke with the secretary of Anders Mattson. I told her I was following up on an order we were to receive this week, i told her i had sent a number of emails and had not received a reply, i thought possibly my emails were not getting through, however, she told me they had received my emails and she would have Anders call me back “today when he arrives to the office around noon”. She took my phone number and promised a call back “Today”. 

Still no replies, no emails, no calls, nothing.   

On Feb 7, 2018, Mrs. Pinacho, my wife, did receive a call from the “salesman” who has been avoiding and ignoring us for over a year now, the same man who initially scammed us trying to pass off the very low quality beds for the higher valued ones we purchased, stating “Some time in the next month or so, the new beds will arrive, but the ones we received are the correct ones and the ones we are asking for are not available in Spain”, This is in direct contradiction to what he said and sold from his store and what is clearly written on the invoice. 

This also does not match with the email we received from Mr. Anders from the factory stating the beds would arrive the first week of Feb, 2018. 

At this point, we have lost all trust and faith in this company and everyone associated with them.

We do not believe they can be trusted, nor do we wish to continue to wait for something that may or may not ever arrive, nor do we trust we will ever actually receive what we were sold and paid for in advance.

It has been over 1 year now.

Along with the lies, the ignoring, blocking and lack of follow through or doing even 1 single thing promised, we believe we have waited and trusted long enough, we wish to be done with this company for good. 

We are also very concerned that if we were to ever receive what was paid for in full, in advance, that we could never count on this company to offer any kind of after sales service or support. 

It is now Mid March, 2018. We have not received a single reply to our emails, the snail mail letters we have sent, the telephone calls, text messages and telephone messages left with the live secritary whome I have spoken with a number of times who promesed we would " I promise you will receive a call back today" 

Mattsons Bed Madrass Fabrik company, mattsonsmadrassfabrik.se/,  AKA. Durum Mollis, durummollis.se   is truly a scam company!  

 

Mattsons Beds promote 100% high quality beds, they charge top prices, yet they actually deliver a much lower and inferiour product and rely on the ignorance of consumers who are unaware of what they have actually received from this company, and what they are actually sleeping on.  

At this point, we wish to expose this scam, ask everyone who has ever purchased beds from this company to inspect what they have actually received and compair it to what they were charged, paid for and received. 

We ask everyone who has been scammed by this company to contact us to share their story as a legal case will be made against them all. 

We also demand our money back and end this terrible experience!
