I purchased a brand new mattress online from Mattress Firm website. In addition to the mattress price they charged me a $99.99 delivery fee. When the mattress arrived  it was old, sagging and ripped with loode seaams and threads hanging. It sank in righ away in one night. I could feel the springs and coils in my ribs. I could not sleep on it. My whole body ached in one single night. It was so uncomfortable that I was shocked. I was like a torture bed.

The only way one can claim a return is via their website by filling out a form. When I claimed return they first never contacted me for several weeks. Finally after several weeks their sales woman or rather a  customer service nightmare named Ashley Bailey contacted me via Email and phone. She was very condesending and sounded very well aware of the company's unethical practices and fraudulent mattress sales. I sent her pictures of the mattress sagging condition but she told me that she could not see any problem with it and refused a refund. then I sent video clips of the mattress and raised my claim with PAYPAL dispute resolution since I had paid through my paypal account. After Paypal contacted them, the mattress firm agreed to a partial refund minus the shipping costs.

It is not my fault that they sent me a used mattress but still they deducted the shipping cost from my refund. return process took many months,  I still have not seen any refund  from them posted to my paypal account. Overall, very traumatic experience.

The internet fraud authorities and Better business bureau does nothing to stop this company from ripping off the innocent unweary consumers. The blatant  scam goes on. Please never buy from them anything and post advice as to what is the proper legal government authority to report them to so this huge ongoing scam can come to an end and these people should be punished. No one should be above the law.

If the mattress was "ripped" and had loose threads when you received it, why did you even accept it?

Why did you even put it on your bed?

Why did you even try to sleep on it?

How long did you have it before you filed for a return? Why does it seem like you sent one e-mail and then instead of trying to follow-up apparenly just waiting weeks for them to contact you?

Seems like you are leaving a few things out.
