"Extremely unprofessional and shady firm. Do not trust these people. They created my LLC with a virtual address and charged me for this address with mail forwarding. 6 months later they have disappeared with all my mail and no responses to my emails or  calls about where all my mail is? All my important documents are being sent to this virtual address they created and now they have disappeared with all my mail and they don't respond. Please don't trust this firm they are extremely shady. I now have to find another firm to recreate my LLC thanks to this  shady firm."

"I went to attorney Matthew Mullhofer at his office in Santa Ana, CA.  I wanted a trust for my wife and I and ended up losing my house to the fraud.  He and his partners took the title to my house and now I cannot get it back. He wants $5000 to give me my own property back.  My Identity was stolen and credit cards are now being charged in my name.  Don't let this fraud happen to you.  the protect your asset ploy is just a way to get your property and bank account info. Don't give this cheat your deed info or any bank info.

I went to lawyer matt mullhofer to do a will and he put my house in a land trust which he and his cohorts now control. I can't get my own house back now. These guys stole my property and put it in other people’s names. I got to pay court fees now to get it back if ever. I complained and he never called me back. I am really frustrated and lost the only house I owned. I am 68 years old and on social security SSDI. Don't be fooled by these thieves. This is elderly abuse for sure.

I just wish i had done some research before losing my home and business due to his incompetency. Mullhofer is a known thief, liar, cheater and conartist.

" Matthew C Mulllhofer attorney in santa ana set up a bogus and fraudulent asset protection plan. I ended up getting sued because of his incompetence. He knows very little about what he is doing and seems to be using boilerplate forms you can get in the internet for less than $100. He messed up my LLc and trust and got me in trouble with the IRS. He admits he knows absolutely nothing about tax law, even though he claims to be a tax specialist I had to eventually hire a new attorney to redo the entire plan.Mullhofer refused to refund my money until I complained to the State Bar.The state bar investigator told me that they have had multiple complaints about him and that they may take his license if he keeps on ripping off his clients. Don't make the same mistake I made.

This all started when IRS audited me and I hired Matthew Mullhofer to defend me and I assumed that he would be able to handle the problems but then i found out he never delt with the tax issues he just took my money and let the case go to collection.  This idiot just stuffed an envelope with my receipts and sent off the irs without knowing what the issuies are.  he did't even know what the forms on the tax return were.  Now i am out $1700.00 and i figure i could have done better by myself.  This crook is a greedy evil b*****d who will only line his own pocket and lead you on like he knows something.  just ask a basic question and he will say he has to research iit and charge you for the time to educate himself.

Don't be a fool and get taken for a ride.  Also he claims to be afinancial planner but he has nothing to advise and gets a fee to refer you to some bait and switch outfitters.  This nut-brain will do anything to deflect the truth about his lack of competency.  Ask this guy a very simple question before you hire him and see if he knows anything, then you can make your own decision before you waste thousands of dollars and your time.  then you won't have to spend money going elsewhere to clean up the mess.  Ask to see a financial license or a tax license or anything before you get ripped.
