Mary Jones Projects LLC MJ Projects Mary Jones Ripoff, Not Investors Kissimmee, Florida
In October 2010 Mary Jones Projects, LLC contacted me by Email and said they would like to manage our house, lease it with option to buy, keep all the maintenance up, have the utilities turned back on etc:, because we were moving out of state and needed someone to manage it.
I spoke with, (supposedly) Mary Jones on the phone and made arrangements for all the information, contracts and such to be mailed to me. I researched all her credentials and Occupational License and it looked legit. We signed the 1 year contract with purchase in November 2010. As time went by, holidays and the end of the year she kept saying that the inspection was taking longer than she expected and anticipated.
She refused to send any payments until the inspection was done and the house was supposedly cleared. In the meantime we kept in contact with her by email and phone as we lived in another state. Still no payments. She kept saying it was taking longer than she had anticipated.
Always ended her email and phone conservations with, God Bless. As of March 15th Mary Jones Projects, LLC owed us $6,200.00. I hired a lawyer to try to get back some of our money and the address that we have on Mary Jones Projects, LLC was a Post Office box in a Fedex, UPS facilities. With the physical address as being the FEDEX, UPS Facility.
So we can't sue her because we don't have a physical address on her to serve the papers. I have done a reverse on the phone number that we have been calling to contact Mary Jones and it is registered to a Ramirez Construction in Orlando, Fl. and it is a landline by MCI Worldcom Communications, Inc. I also researched it and it was registered to a Helen Scalafani in Hollywood, Fl.
We are at a standstill unless someone can tell us what to do to get a physical address on her.

Ok I dont know how to get ahold of you but maybe we can help each other. How do we get a hold of one another. We can do email or facebook or something and you can send me ur number or whatever works
