Marvels Of Nature Charges that are not clearly stated when first signing for trial packaes and billing after cancellation santa ana california
Unclear charges after a certain period not told or informed about at time of trial. Is not clearly legible for the purchaser to see at time of purchase. They do not tell you when order is placed to a direct customer support agent. very underhanded and deceptive about charges.
I placed order on 09/7/2017 and cancelled order after speaking with my Dr on 09/23/2017 and yet another package was sent to my home on the 10/27/2017 which I did not order and they billed me for. When called customer support to let them know was told not refundable. even though I had proof of cancellation and numbers on 09/23/2017 name of operator and copy of email. After 30 minutes disputing with rude customer service representive was told could not speak with supervisor and no refund would be made.
I called my bank sent copies of all information whom said I was correct and to call them back and tell them package is available for pickup or return. The new operator said she would refund fist at 25% then when I disagreed she said 50% then 75% was offered which I said no than after a few minutes said full refund would be given. Very weird
I have all copies of dates documentation where I cancelled order definately before the 30 day trail was over. both by phone and by email as instructed. This company is very underhanded and needs to be stopped ripping up innocent victims in the future. Maria Texas San Antonio
