Marlo Furniture Company marlo furniture will nto repair furniture in accordance to the purchased 5 year warranty agreement i purchased. Ripoff Alexandria Virginia
On 10 Jan 2006 I purchased $7709.15 plus there 5 year comprehensive Warranty plan.Oct 2006 the chair and sofa was damaged.I inform marlo of the damage with-in the (3)three days,alloted in the warrant agreeement.I was told by various indiviuals employed by marlo furnture (Contrina,Cathelene,Sherese,Tiffiny,John,Sharon,and Chris).Dates Oct 2006 -April 2007,I have been told the part was on backoder .when the said part arrived the tect said it was the wrong part . I then trid to contact marlo with no success.today is now 14 May 2007.T he table I purchase in Jan 2006 I was told the damage was cause by normal wear tear when I only had it a few month when it was damaged under the 5 year warranty.
