Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It started with a $1 charge to purchase their online "Hero Training" marketing course (called a "trial"). Within 2 hours, I requested a refund and an account cancellation. They linked me to a guide on how to cancel, however the guide says to go to account settings and click a link to remove the card information, but that link doesn't exist. When I told them that, they said they will process my request and my account and subscription will be cancelled within 24 hours (http://prntscr.com/ke2jer).

25 days later, I get another email saying my "trial" will be converted into a paying subscription on July 29th. I instantly replied and contacted their support telling them that I was supposed to be cancelled (http://prntscr.com/ke2jld). Their support staff claimed I did not exist in their database, however eventually, they said I would be cancelled again within 24 hours (http://prntscr.com/ke2k5b). After 24 hours, there was no confirmation email. So I followed up and was told I was cancelled and refunded (http://prntscr.com/ke2kcq). I got my $1 back (http://prntscr.com/ke2kl5).

Welp..... July 30th came around and I was just charged for $47 like nothing had ever happened! I was never cancelled, I could not remove my card, and they will keep charging me every month. I had no choice but to contact my back, dispute the payment, and cancel my card. Furthermore... I'm NOT the first person this has happened to (https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/market-hero-limited/dallas-texas/market-hero-limited-market-hero-academy-they-fraudulently-charge-my-credit-card-without-m-1429072).

Alex Becker is an internet millionaire, now I see why. He sells you something for $1, then illegally charges you $47 every month after and never cancels you. He sust tells his support staff to tell people they will be cancelled "within 24 hours." I contacted Recurly, the company that handles their subscription payments. They said they do not oversee their customers actions and that they will do nothing without consent (http://prntscr.com/ke2kt7). I'm not the only one that's been a victim of this abuse!
