My husband and I bought a van from Mark Hoppe Chevrolet with an

extended warranty which was part of my financing and I am still

paying on..

When I went to use the warranty for repairs, the warranty company

said they never heard of me and that I did not have an active

warranty. I was told t call the dealer.

When I called the dealership, they said it was sold and that Mark

Hoppe worked for another dealership. When I called that dealership

and spoke to Mr. hoppe, he said he would take care of it.

After many calls, he would not answer or return my calls.

I contacted a lawyer and he said I could file under the consumer

protection act. This man has now quit the dealership and is

nowhere to be found.

All I wanted was for him to send in the money and activate the

warranty.
