Mario's Osteria Boca Raton Very Rude & Nasty Owner and Manager! Avoid! Boca Raton FL
A VERY overrated Italian chain restaurant with crappy food. Dried out chicken parmigiana with hardly any sauce, slow table service, and horrible attitudes from delivery manager Scott and managing partner Mary just to name a few gripes. I ordered delivery and was told that the food would arrive within an hour, An hour later I called to check the status and was told that my food still had not yet even left the kitchen. I cancelled my order but they charged my credit card nonetheless. I will dispute the amount with my bank unless the charge drops off within 24 hours. I would never do business with this garbage dump again.
In my opinion, the owner Mary Baker acts like a neurotic nut job who was just let out of a mental institution - she's rude, nasty, insolent and quarrelsome, and "Scott" one of the managers is your typical whining little Boca punk with that annoying nasal voice of his.
