Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company sold us a Vacation package for $599 which was to include:

 (1) 4 day 3 night hotel stay in Las Vegas includig dinner for 2 a Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse, 2 show tickets, make youor vegas card with 1995 reward points

(2) 3 day 2 night stay WITH Roundtgrip airfare tickets

(1) 7 night resort stay at 3500 locations worldwide

(1) $500 travel credits to use towards future acation accommodaions.

We asked so many questions but their answers turned out to be lies.

We asked: "So all we have to pay is $599"

Carmon:  "You get all four vacations for $599"

We asked: "What other charges above the $599 would I incur"

Carmon: "That's all you pay is the $599. You don't pay anything except the $599"

We asked to talk to a manager and we were transferred to Sara

We asked: "so for the 3 bedroom condo their's no extra costs?"

Sara:  Absolutely Not!

We asked: "are their any booking fees with any of these items?

Sara:  "There are no booking fees, however with the vegas trip at the hotel they charge a resort fee.  The resort fee is discounted.  They range from anywhere from $9 - $20.  But that's the only other fee that you would have to pay."

Well you guessed it.  Even though they confirmed in writing that we get all this for $599 they wouldn't send us everything until we went to vegas.  So we paid for our flight to vegas.  The resort fee was $119. They didn't give us the rest of our stuff but did email it later.  However, there is a charge for every single thing that we were supposed to get as part of the $599.  Each airline plus hotel was $199 per person plus a $50 processing fee.  the condo stay was $398 plus $15.95 processing fee. (sometimes they offer a cruise but we opted out of that one) So they completely lied that there would be no additional charges so we got ripped off $599!  It is a complete scam!  They need to disclose these charges before you buy in but they not only didn't disclose these charges but they told us multiple Times that there were no other charges (other than the $9-$20 discounted resort fee in vegas, which was also a lie).  Complete scam!  I want my $599 back!!!!

Other lies:

No black out dates (the flight/hotel stays can only be Sunday/Monday or Tuesday)

Travel anywhere in continent of U.S.  (but when you get the package there are only 23 destinations allowed)

Virtually everything they told us was a lie.

You only get 7 days to cancel after they charge your account...but other than the written email that said we get all that for $599, they wouldn't give us all the paperwork until we flew to Vegas 2 months later so we couldn't cancel the $599 charge after we found out all the other charges that they didn't disclose originally!

They have subsequently disconntected their number (the number we are supposed to call to talk to a manager) and the number we bought the package from.  We can only call the booking number and they say they can't honor whatever the sales company promised us they can only honor the certificates they gave us (the ones they gave us two months later which finally discloses more charges that we never know about and were blatantly told that no other charges exist).  They also give us the run around when we ask for a new number for the sales company.  they say they don't have it only their manager has it.  They won't transfer us to a manager.  We've left multiple messages for the booking manager...of course they don't call back.
