Mailboxes Etc. Manager Karen Parker Committed Fraud!! Everett Washington *UPDATE ..BBB threats
Mailboxes, Etc., corporate offices promote CONSUMER FRAUD through their franchise.
Karen Parker, manager of Mailboxes, Etc., of Everett, Washington charged me $156.61 for ONE MONTH of forwarding (2 priority mail and 3 overnight packages) while I traveled. When I questioned her and demanded receipts she became VERBALLY ABUSIVE, HUNG UP ON ME, and WITHELD MY MAIL FOR TWO WEEKS UNTIL I PAID.
Because I was out of State, I sent a friend in to pay her off just so I could get my mail. She gave my mail to my friend WITHOUT MY WRITTEN OR VERBAL CONSENT because she said "I don't want to deal with her." THIS IS A CRIME.
SHE BLACKMAILED ME UNTIL I PAID HER RIPOFF CHARGES.
Mailboxes, Etc. corporate offices support this consumer fraud and REFUSE to help individuals who complain. They refused to get receipts for her overcharging of me and defended her.
Karen Parker, Manager of Mailboxes, Etc., in Everett, WA and the corporate headquarters of Mailboxes, Etc. particularly target RV'ers and people who are out of State and cannot access their mail. THEY ABUSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DEFENSELESS TO HELP THEMSELVES AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES.
Karen Parker and Mailboxes, Etc. have been reported to the Washington Better Business Bureau and the Washington Attorney General. Karen Parker is facing a small claims suit for overcharging, refusing to provide receipts for payments made by me, late fees I incurred due to her witholding of my checks and mail, bounced checks, and a list of other finances.
MAILBOXES, ETC. DON'T USE THEM! DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

Karen Parker of Mailboxes, Etc., has now threatened the Better Business Bureau that she will SUE me if I continue with my complaint issued with the BBB. Hummm...sueing me for filing a complaint with the BBB? Is this Soviet Russia?
She still refuses to provide receipts for the monies I paid her, and still refuses to explain why she allowed a second party to obtain my mail without my permission.
She is trying to muscle the BBB by involving the corporate mailboxes, etc. to file legal action against me. Who cares?
Watch out for your mail folks....
