I have closed my Private Mail Box (PMB) on 12/27/01 because I didn't have the money to pay another 6 month of mail box rental. I have told Cindy to forward all my mail to my new address. I have wrote down a piece of paper where my mail is to be forward.

For the last 6 weeks, they never forward all my mail to my new address. I was expecting my new driver license to be mailed to me, but never had my driver's license.

If you rent a mail box from this place, for your own sakes, just closed it!

hahahahahaha, Kory, Cindy, or whatever You failed understanding me that I am deaf. I report this ripoff on 2/11/02 and you did REBUTTAL more than 2 years later??? A slow poke to check this site out? Invidintionally, I had asked to forward my mail in person from you and you said "sure"! But you never did and you just wanted to lies to me! My driver lincense took to long for not delievered or you may returned to the send, I called the DWV and was told it was returned by you, so I had to go to DMV and I had to re-pay to get a new one just because you are too lazy to forward it, you did return to the sender. It already costed me 24 bucks just because of your mindless thinking tank, I was there a year afterward and got myself reward to cover the cost where you couldn't reconized me while I shopped there. And yes, you are Cindy! I call you Cindy many times, your face and eyeballs brought attention when I called your name. Wow! What a lier! Next time, you REBUTTAL this I will go ahead to send a letter to DOJ big time on you!

A misguided customer

It is in our company policy to create a smooth transition from an address to another in case a mail box holder decides not to renew their contract. We forward all incoming mail for these customers BUT ONLY IF THEY PAY THE NECESSARY MAILING FEES. Acording to postal regulations, our company is not obligated to forward, for free any mail, this being the sole responsibility of the mail recipient. Mail Center Plus chooses to help departing customers with their mail for a resonable period. If the customer chooses to move a second time and we are not notified, the mail may be lost again. Also the reporting customer, if he's the one that we think he is, had difficult time understanding the contract and it's cancelation, also we never had an employee named Cindy. Hoping that this clarifies the misguided report we thank you for your continued patronage!
