Sounds to me, you didn't get your way and you feel the need to retaliate. However, you need to be cleared up on a few points.. 1. We (Owners) DO NOT charge more than Office Depot, Max or any other "Satalite" location. There are variances in the prices from center to center, but these "Satalite" locations, located inside other stores, have a MINIMUM $4 charge added to them, So there is NO WAY a The UPS Store can cost more... and stay in business. 2. Notary Publics. This service is offered in ALL LOCATIONS. To have a The UPS Store w/o a Notary is obsurd. This is a service provided by mostly owners with a few employees, who have gone through training and testing (over a 2 month peroid) at a cost of over $300 in most cases. It is too expensive to have EVERY EMPLOYEE Certified as a Notary public. Are you saying the owner doesn't have the right to leave his store for business reasons?? You are simply venting about a bad experience you had, go ahead, it's your right. Just like my right to Rebutt. However, we are business owners in business for ourselves. You try it. Try to start your own business. Go ahead, I dare you... It's the hardest thing I've ever done. I've been working on it for 2 years. Nobody is paying me for the Months/Weeks/Days/Hours and minutes of my time I've spent busting my hump to open a business.... But you think you can just "Blow-up" in a "Rip-Off" Report to retaliate.... Wow, you must be a real man....real proud. I'm proud of you!! :')

MBE's parent company was recently (mid-late 2002)purchased by UPS and is now "The UPS Store" As I understand it your price for UPS shipping should now be lower. I have been an MBE customer for about 10 yrs at Van Ness Ave in San Fran and SW 42nd ave. in Seattle and had only a few minor problems in SF and no real problems in Seattle. I think it's really a matter of who owns/runs the branch you go to.
