My computer also was hijacked by Magic Software (I think - this has never happened to me before). What I need is step by step instructions on how to remove it from my system and to deinstall and reinstall my McAfee system, which is legitimate. Naturally, there is no way to contact the vendor without purchasing their product. My credit card was not charged because I cancelled almost immediately, so it isn't the money. Every time I log on, their Security Central runs, telling me I have all sorts of viruses, trojans and worms (including child porno sites I've never visited) that my real security system has never detected. However, I still have access to the Internet and other programs, but NOT McAfee.
