Editor’s Comment:  Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better.  In this instance there has been court action regarding this subject Report.  We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike.  Many court orders are absolutely legitimate.  However, sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up.  Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight.  Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away.  We are providing you all with the same information so that you may be more informed and, coupled with any additional research you feel is necessary, make your own informed decision regarding the validity of this Report.  As always, we encourage our readers to do their homework and not just rely on one single source for information.  Google, through the Lumen Database, has provided the following document relating to this subject Report:

If there was an oppotunity to walk someone into the jailhouse Adam Alfia the biggest thief in the century should lead the way. I am an ASI distributor and for the life of me Im not sure how we got hooked up with these slimy slippery thugs in Carrollton. This personal assistant VIP card is a piece of s**t and has never worked for any of my clients. He talks a big game but the truth is he can't and won't deliver services any one has paid him for. I lost 37,000 dollars and have filed with the DAs office to have Adam Alfia arrested. Im not the first and his actions are similar all over the countryside. Why cant we stop these people from taking our hard earned money. I begged Adam to give me my money so my family could eat, He said f**k Off he was untouchable, others had tried and he harrassed them till they broke with his thug ways. I want justice or at least others to know there are only 3 people working in his call center and they hold your assistance calls till you hang up. Adam thought that was funny and laughed at me. He also sold me roadside assistance and my company found out he doesn't have a provider for his roadside customers. When my car broke down I tried to use the service I already paid for and when the company came out to help me they asked my name. When they found out I wasn't Tina Alfia his wife of which is the name of the service account is under so they told me he didn't have an account to handle 20,000 customers I about died. Adam offered damages of a couple hundred dollars but we have since closed our corporate account with them and now suing him for 1,000,000,000 one million dollars in court. Others have sued him also he has 64 complaints and millions of dollars in judgements. He is a thief, Liar, Con man. BeWare people you will lose if you deal with these people. HELP ME CLOSE THEM DOWN AND PUT THEM AWAY FOR GOOD>
