the sales rep told me on phone to order cords, keyboards, mouse and items that i didnt even need to buy because it came with the computers and monitors.  the cords they sold me were wrong and didn't even connect to the monitors.  the sales rep was just trying to rip me off by having me order a lot of stuff i didnt need.  one of the computers they sent me didn't even turn on.  i called and asked them to send me the right display cords for my monitors and they said they would pay for it because it was there mistake.  two days later, with me having to follow up with them, they then went back on their word and said i had to pay full retail and pay for shipping.  they lied again.  these people will rip you off and not think twice.  dont order anything from them.  i've spent hours on the phone with their customer service department and they are useless.
