i purchased 2 tablets at brandsmart.one of them i had to change it the very next day.after 5 months this tablet never worked again.the colors of the screen are spreaded.doesnt turn on.i send pics of the receipt, of the tablet to them and filed a claim to authorize a return merchandise authorization.they blame on me for the damage of the tablet.i explained them that the tablet phisically dont have any damage, that the tablet has an internal problem wich requires to apply the warranty the tablet has.they denied that warranty,claimming i did the damage to the tablet and because of that reason the warranty doesnt apply.i advise them i will take action if they dont fix or replace my tablet,wich they told me they dont care. Rude employees,matt and alex dont know anything about customer care.this company clearly wants to scam people.

 Read carefully before you start to shoot out of your pockets... I never dropped the tablet,always had a protector,never abuse of it,etc.etc. This is an internal damage,mal function okkkkk !!!!! I know how to handle an electronic device... Im not a caveman !!! I have a second Trio tablet an is working perfectly... No problems at all. So dont come with a cheap conclussion that because is not a top brand is a not a good product !!!!!

 No YOU are confusing the MANUFACTURERS warranty with an ACTUAL warranty. A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY only covers the quality of the build and the parts used. YOUR issue is NOT covered and THAT IS ALL!!! Why is it ALWAYS a scam when YOU dont get your way?? You go right ahead and pursue legal action, it will be a waste of time and money. Then at the end of the day YOU get to admit that YOU played with the tablet and in doing so messed it up. YOU went with a LOW END tablet. Had YOU purchased a QUALITY TABLET like a kindle, or a TAB or even a Nook then YOUR issue would be covered. Those are REPUTABLE tablet makers that generally tend to "stand" behind thier product. YOU went with a "bargain" tablet and NOW get to deal with doing so. YOUR screen is blown probably from being dropped. NORMAL use doesnt cause the screen to mess up. ONLY dropping it and opening it up without knowing what YOU are doing will cause this issue to arise. THEY KNOW THIS and WILL NOT be flexable about it. YOU dropped YOUR toy and NOW expect others to pay for YOUR mistake. The last time I bought a tablet was at RadioShack. I went with the cheapest tablet I could get at that time. The Radioshack employees WARNED ME about it yet I ignored them. A similar incident happend to me. My father dropped his tablet and it caused a screen malfunction. I took it back to RadioShack and THEY could not help me BECAUSE I had dropped it. Was I upset?? YOU BET!!!! But I KNEW where to point that anger. AT myself because I CHOSE to ignore the advice I was given. My NEXT tablet purchase was from that same Radioshack and THIS TIME I listened to what was being told to me. I bought a kindle tablet and have NEVER regretted it. I even got a warranty that I have had to use. The point is at some point YOU MUST FACE THE TRUTH!!!! YOU used said tablet and it was DROPPED at some point and THAT has screwed up the screen.
