On More than one occassion I have arrived at MacDonalds for breakfast between 10:15 and 10:45 and have been told lunch was being served - I even called then at 10;30 to make sure it was breakfast hour - I got there 5 mins later and they were serving hamburgers!!!! They should either announce the true breakfast hours or just serve hamburgers 24 hours a day!!!

They filed the following to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Harold Henderson Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: McDs is ridiculous. I have stood in line prior to 10:30 and got up to the counter one second past 10:30 to be told that I couldn't order breakfast anymore. I've even witnessed someone throwing away the items that had been prepared previously while being told that i couldn't order breakfast anymore. I was so angry, I couldn't say anything. I don't know what their problem is but it is certain that they care nothing about customer service, only their stupid rules.
