Macdonalds Jodie the manager Rude, condescending, insensitive Abbotsford, British Columbia Canada
My husband and I were in a car accident, I have been trouble leaving the house due to a massive anxiety disorder, we have been short on money so I sent my husband with my chip credit card to go get some dinner. He went to Safeway and they accepted that as long as he knew my pin number it would be fine. He then went to Macdonalds where they have taken my card many times when only my husband was there. The manager on that night was Jodie and she did not just decline she was downright rude to my husband.
I came back very very anxious that I had to leave the house and I was having an anxiety attack. Jodie started by being especially rude to me and accused me of yelling at her when I was talking. I started to feel anxious and began to feel upset. I was beginning to panic. As I do not handle being yelled at very well. I started to panic and cry. Another woman in line who wanted to get her food started yelling as well. Jodie then kicked me out of the store. It is clear that Macdonalds needs some serious lessons in customer service and they are clearly not sensitive to anyone with special needs. This manager Jodie is rude and mean, I will never be getting Macdonalds again. I have never been treated like that at (((competitor's name redacted))).
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
