My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for a while we shopped around and found Mac church my wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for a while we shopped around and found Mac Churchillhill. I had spotted a vehicle Dusty posted on five-mile we went to check it out but the vehicle is now unavailable .She tried try to get us and several other vehicles but all were too pricey and not what I wanted. The vehicle I did want she could not give me for the price she originally said . After several hours of looking we fight decided on a GMC. After several hours of looking we fight decided on a GMC . We found it the one we want the one they said we could afford . We were all set we started filling out paperwork . Dusty had said all the things we found wrong with the truck she promised to have fixed and we thought that was fine . The contract was drawn up with a one year bumper-to-bumper warranty it was sent to the bank and approved .

After several days of waiting the dealership calls me and says my down payments not enough They want an additional $300 (((to make this work ))) they said. After taking off of work to go back up there again and fill out a new contract this time they changed my warranty to a two year engine transmission and rear end only . They did not even tell me they were changing the warranty . I had to spot it !!!!! On my next trip to the dealership to check on my vehicle several days later it's still not ready .

After a six days of waiting they finally say we can come get it and 8 of the 10 things we found wrong when not addressed ! We've had the truck 12 days now and the day I put my new license plates on my self and two children are stranded in the grocery store parking lot with groceries and their service dept now their roadside assistance won't answer. Thank the Lord my wife had the forethought to get us roadside assistance through USAA . They answered ! I finally got a hold of somebody with macchurchill long distance . He said I could have the truck delivered to the dealership.now I still have my One year warranty in the dealership told me I had to pay $150 for a diagnostic on the vehicle I have not even paid my first car payment yet and they want more money again it took six phone calls last night to get a hold of somebody and I've been on the phone with him eight times today trying to get somebody to help TY the finance manager promised he would call me back and after two hours I finally called him to find out nothing it's 7:46 PM and I have still heard nothing if I could and it not run my credit I would give the vehicle back and go some place else JE

Of everything Mac Churchill has put my and myself thru. My punctuation is what your going to attack me with. Grow up and do better business or get out of the dealership business . Thank you Jim that's the first time I believe I've been heard thru this whole ordeal. Now I now this works!

It Was YOU Who Agreed To Buy A Car With Problems!

There were problems with this car, which you and the dealership knew about before you signed the paperwork.  Why would you agree to buy a car with known pre-existing problems?  How you handle this is you DO NOT SIGN any paperwork until the problems are corrected.  If they won't do that, you WALK OUT.

One more thing...did you notice above, I wrote four sentences.  At the end of each sentence was a "." which is called a "period".  That's called sentence structure and using punctuation.  Perhaps you should try that sometime.
