Complaint Review: mac churchill acura - Fort Worth Texas

My wife and I bought two vehicles at MacChurchill on 8/20/15 they called me three times that morning wanting me to come out there.We bought a 2007 Bmw and a 2008 Mercedes,the BMW had a foglight,doorhandle and white scuff marks on the front right bumper and underneath that needed to be repaired. We took the BMW back the next wednesday on the 26th of August and they still have it as of now we have a very nice loner car a Honda Civic 2012.Now the Mercedes I did not even get to drive for 12 days because the keys were lost.I finally picked it up on 1st of september that evening,the check both front park lights was on,they were both out,the driver side headrest is broken practically falling off and looks like they used a vague attempt to glue it back.When driving the Benz up to 50 plus miles per hour it started to shake and pull to the right. I saw they had three different set of tires on it and the wrong size tire on the back.225's are required on the front and 245's on the back,there was a 225 on the back right and it was a continental tire,there was a continental 225 on the front left.The front right tire was a dunlop tire and I had to take it to Discount Tire twice to have air put in it I was told it was a bad tire.I took it back to Churchill told them to put the continental on the in front with the other continental,get rid of the bad dunlop tire and put another 245 on the back with the other 245 that is required by Mercedes.

I had to drive out here twice because my saleman told me to come the day before and I waited 5 hours before being told to come back in the morning when the tire truck will be here.while waiting I heard the service dept. page my salesman telling him to come to the service dept. asap. After 4 hours my salesman brings my car around and gives me the keys I made the first turn to go around the back of the building and the car wobbled making a very loud noise when I turn to the right.I pulled back around to service dept. spoke to the tech he told me the rim is severely bent thats why they had the 225 on the back right to decrease the vibration.MacChurchill tried to hide this from me and my sales man was aware of this because he was paged to servic and told what the situation was and he still gave me the car like everything was alright and did not tell me nothing.I told the supervisor Im far from stupid you tried to sale me this car with a bent rim,thats very unsafe. they told me to take it to Dallas Wheel Repair in Arlington. My salesman told me to drop it off there and that they have an account there with Dallas Wheel Repair.

I had my father who is weak from cancer medication,my mom who just 2 weeks ago had knee replcement surgery follow me over there to drop my car off.Get there and my salesman has not done nothing I have to take it back to Macchurchill.My parents were there when the supervisor came told us they were sorry my salesman had not sent a p.o. over there.They gave me a loner that stinks like hell from cigarette smoke, they said my car would be ready wednesday I called Dallas Wheel Repair Wednesday they said they heard nothing from them, everything out of their mouth is a lie. The white scuffs under my wifes BMW have not been fixed, I was told to take my car some place where my park lights could be fixed for 30 to50 dollars. Nothing has been said about the headrest and we've sent two more people out to MacChurchill and they both got approved for a Lexus.This Dealership tries to hide and cover up problems with the cars they have here and dump the problems on the customers.

In the showroom there is not one Acura,in front of the pre-owned building there is not one Acura the case and point here is if you are not willing fix these other models and makes then dont sell them send them to auction.
