Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I negotiated and signed a "sales worksheet" for a base sales price of $15750.00 on a used vehicle. The base sales price of the vehicle was inflated to $17,250.00 on the sales contract and I was told by my Finance representative when directly asking about this price difference that "There are fees rolled into the back-end". Hesitant still, I had the Assistant Finance Director come in to explain. He did not give me a clear answer but insisted that the numbers were correct. Trusting them, I signed the contract.

After leaving, I was suspicious and went straight to an attorney to have them take a look who told me that the sales price of the vehicle was inflated by $1500 without explanation. A few days later I contacted my bald finance d****e again, he admitted there was an error and we signed a new contract for $14k (an "AS IS" price; this time without a WE OWE, since no work had been done yet, a maintenance contract or an extended service contract like we had on the first contract). I was told he would cancel the first contract with my lender, the maintenance contract and also the extended service contract.

I have been in to the dealership numerous times (I had to start walking directly into their offices unannounced because they were flat out ignoring me) in October, November and December asking why our lender still reflects the first sales contract with the "inflated" sales price. I discussed the matter with 3 different finance reps, and the finance assistant director; all insisted the "Second" contract for the base sales price of 14k was sent to my lender and that the maintenance contract and warranty have been cancelled. They continued to try to shut me out by saying I am not allowed on the property because they accused me of recording them on my phone. They had the nerve to call my wife and talk bad about me and say all negotiations need to be done through her (likely because she is more easy to swindle).

Finally, after discussing the matter last week with the finance director, he told me that the second contract had not been sent to my lender and the maintenance/service contracts had not been cancelled. He was willing to cancel the maintenance/warranty but said he is not able to honor the second contract since it has been "too long". Unfortunately, this still leaves a difference of thousands of dollars in their favor (close to ten grand)... not acceptable!

I believe these guys have found a loophole in the system and are exploiting it when they think they can get away with it. After you sign a "sales worksheet" during your negotiations (the agreed to base price of the vehicle), they then throw you in the finance office to sign a contract where they have jacked the price up and will blatantly lie to you about it (i.e. say there are "fees rolled into the back end). If you sign the contract and do not get a copy of the sales worksheet, they know you have no proof whatsoever of the original amount you agreed to. In which case youre f*****.

These a**wipes have obviously watched the movie Wolves of Wallstreet too many times.
