Complaint Review: Lynne Borsuk - Decatur Georgia

 I never hugged this attorney after my case was resolved and i don't abuse ripoff report like this attorney lies and abuses her clients. No I never paid her but my mother did so it was like I paid her because if my mom looses money I feel like I loose. This attorney blocked my number while I was in a lawyer client relationship and was unprofessional and unsympathetic and was not nice or understanding with me.

There was maybe 5 emails that me and this lawyer corresponded in. Not 446 emails! This lawyer will steal your money and screw you over. My public defender assigned to my other indictment linked to the case I paid this lawyer to try and resolve that didn't did a much better job than my paid lawyer! Stay away from this lawyer! Case Closed!

I represented this individual, worked very hard for him and fought to get him an excellent result in Court. His comments are inaccurate and untruthful. 

Unfortunately, this is a person who regularly misuses the ripoffreport website to write untrue and scathing things about many of his relatives. He wrote so many untrue reports that it came to the attention of the prosecutor in the case. He later wrote and signed a letter retracting his untrue statements on the ripoffreport.com site. 

We worked very hard for this person.  I interviewed his witnesses, carefully read all of the evidence in the case, and challenged some of the evidence in the case.  While he was out on bond in the case that I represented him on, he got arrested for more crimes, this time for aggravated stalking and exploitation of the elderly.  He was represented in the new charges by the public defender.   

We spent eight months trying to find a good alternative to jail for this person. It was a very difficult process and was made much more difficult when he acted in a manner that caused him to be charged with other, new criminal offenses.  Getting charged with new crimes made it much more difficult to obtain a sentence that did not include jail time. 

Once he was put back into jail, I interceded on his behalf with the chief doctor at the jail to try to get attention for his needs.  When the doctor did not call back, I wrote a lengthy letter to the jail, the doctor then responded and paid better attention to this person’s needs.

We worked for weeks preparing for the Court hearing in this case.  We met and spoke with this client many times prior to Court.  We carefully prepared him for Court and spoke at length about how we could create the best possible opportunity for him not to receive a jail sentence.  We fought hard in Court.  After Court he hugged me and thanked me repeatedly for fighting so hard on his behalf.

This person never paid us, his mother paid us.  We reduced our regular fees for them.  We put in fourteen months of work for him.  After the case was finished, as a courtesy for him we wrote a letter to the Pardon and Parole Board, we did not charge for that.  We have 446 emails in his case and those emails reflect a great deal of hard work, effort and attention to the details of his legal matter.  He continued calling us this year as well and we have spoken, he has thanked me numerous times for working so hard for him. 

This person is a serial harasser, when he calls our offices he will call dozens of times in a day. He does this to many others as well.  He misuses the ripoffreport site as well as the other review sites.  He seeks to harass people whenever he is frustrated and he makes claims that are not true.
