I Booked a birthday party at Luv 2 play lake forest and had a monthly membership. They took my deposit knowing they were going to close down. They tried telling me the Lake Forest location was relocating to irvine. To find the truth that the lake forest location has nothing to do with the irvine location. They are both franchises with different franchisee owners. The truth is the lake forest franchise failed. Now they are telling us they can move our party to temecula, riverside or irvine even though the irvine location isn't even open yet. Luv 2 play scammed me! I dont want my kids party 45 minutes away in Riverside ridiculous.
Here's the proof i found on them. Also i have been talking to others who have been scammed the same way and my attorney recommended we file a consumer complain with the state attorney general

Its not a relocation when Luv 2 play lake forest closes down and luv 2 play irvine isnt open

Stop lying to consumers saying it's a relocation. Luv 2 play lake forest failed. The business went under and accepted deposits for parties and membership fees knowing they were in the red. The irvine location is not even open and owned by 2 different franchisees. Luv 2 play corporation is a LIAR and are cheating consumers.

We want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the relocation of this store may have caused you. We are looking for a fresh new location to relocate our Lake Forest playground to, in the meantime we do have a location that will be opening in the next few weeks, just a few minutes away at the Tustin Marketplace in Irvine, CA. We are contacting all of our customer who have existing membership to allow them the opportunity to visit our Irvine location when it does open in the near future. If you are having trouble connecting, please email [email protected] and someone will be in contact with you soon. If your birthday party was scheduled sooner than the opening of our Irvine location, we are trying to work with each parent to accommodate and relocate to other facilities, including other local like businesses.
