I ordered an acre of moon property as kind of a joke for my son for Christmas.Actually, I thought he'd like it.However, he told me it was a rip-off and to send it back.They wer quick to charge my credit card for 37.98 and they did promise a money back guarantee,but after many phone calls and e-mails they never replied once!I also never got a receipt in the original box.I can just hear them laughing while their pockets fill up with money.They could at least ackowleged my attempt to contact them.It makes me furious.I hope they enjoy the moon because that's where they belong.

You are confusing our company, the Lunar Embassy with a copycat company.

First our price would never come to that total and 2nd we respond to every customers email.

Unfortuately if you don't purchase from the Lunar Embassy you can run into scams and those trying to pretend to be us. Remember only the Lunar Embassy has the claim of ownership and the ability to sell extraterrestrial real estate.  Some copy cat companies even file bogus complaints annonymously to deter our customers.

Our company does not have a product when added with shipping that would total 37.98 so I believe you

are confusing our company with one of the copycats out there, and there are quite a few! We are happy to refund your order if there is a problem or before it ships. Once the order ships we do have a no refund on personalized items policy however. If you would provide your name then we could search our database and tell for certain that you were not one of our customers.
